We meet on the third Wednesday every month, except in July and August, when we have a rest, and December, when we meet earlier. Our venue is St Mary's Primary School, Jesson Road, Walsall WS1 3AY (just south of the junction with Mandeville Gardens). Grid reference: SP019977 (here are some maps).
Buses on route 51 (Walsall bus station — Birmingham) pass nearby: alight outside the County Hotel, Birmingham Road, about five minutes walk away (CENTRO have timetables). The school also has a car park.
Doors open at 7pm, for a 7.30 start. Admission costs just £2. Refreshments are served, for a nominal charge.
Our speakers are chosen to appeal to anyone with an interest in birds, be they a beginner or an expert. Non-members are most welcome, though we hope you will consider joining the RSPB, especially if you attend regularly. We look forward to seeing you!
